What are some good questions to ask interviewer about job?

• I have a job interview tomorrow for a funeral insurance company, and I can't think of any good questions to ask cause I know they like when you ask questions, it shows them you have a geuine interest in their company. What kind of questions should I ask? lol sorry, I'm so nervous!

• Answer:

  One that I usually ask is: "So say it's a year from now, and the person you've hired for this job has been a great success. Everybody thinks you made a good choice. What does that look like? What would make you think that way?" The answer will give you clues to what *really* matters (which may or may not be exactly what it says in the job description). It also gives you hints about what to emphasize about yourself from here on out.
