How can I get rid of a bunch of scars on my back fast?

  • I have prom in about 2 weeks and I got my dress today. I knew that I would be showing some of my acne scars on my back but the dress that looked the best happened to show off a lot more of my back than I planned on. I essentially need to treat my whole back and all the scars are darker than the rest of my skin. And I know there's nothing wrong with me because my scars are darker than my skin. That's just what happens to me and I know for sure they're scars. What's the best and fastest thing to use on them? I also kinda need it for my chest and a little on my face but my primary focus is getting rid of the ones on my back.

Acne scars take about 1 1/2-2 months to be completely gone. But you can have someone apply a concealer/liquid foundation on the scars for you.

ACV (apple cider vinegar) helps. It may take longer than 2 weeks. So start applying it on your back 2-3 xs a day for as long as it is needed. You may have to have someone help you apply on the areas you can't reach. ACV is anti-bacterial, non toxic & very natural plus effective. For more info google "natural home remedies for acne scars". You'll get alot of info. P.S. don't worry if it shows bc there are many your age that have the same problem. Also if you live close to the ocean (sea water) will definitely help if you go regularly. Try to also minimize or even cut them out the sugar sweets, soda pops, coffee if you drink, junk food, fried food & fast food. Eat your protein like grilled chicken, fish or beef patty or an egg along w/ lots of greens as a salad. If you use salt; make sure it is sea salt. You can buy unprocessed sea salt at the health food store. Also drink lots of "filtered" water. Water is a good cleanser. Start out slowly like 3-5 glasses a day and increase by a glass daily until you get to 8 glasses of water a day. Keep in mind that if you drink a glass of water; wait 1/2 hour before you eat. Then wait 2 hours after to drink another glass of water to give your meal in your tummy a chance to digest. If you are thirsty while eating; take small sips just enough to quench your thirst. And most of all have fun at the prom :)
