Do i have to pay an upgrade fee plus activation fee?
-
the upgrade is $18 and the activation is $35. do i have to pay both?
-
Answer:
no... upgrade fee is $18/$30/$36 (depending on carrier) for EXISTING customers ONLY when the existing customer UPGRADES... Activation Fee is $36 (all carriers) for.......... 1) NEW CUSTOMERS when a new customer opens a NEW account account and ACTIVATES a NEW line........ or...... 2) Existing customers who wish to Add-A-line of service to their existing account and ACTIVATES that NEW line. i guess.... if you really want me to be technically as a smart###... lmao..... the only time your actually going to pay both is when you have a family plan..... and one line upgrades.... and another new line is added to the family plan... both done at the same time...... lmfao.... hey... you asked.. lmao
