How can I layout my sketch book so it looks good and visually interesting?

Professional Make-Up Sketch Book?

  • Hey, I was in Macys the other day and i was watching this worker put makeup on this sketch-book as a sort of portfolio for clients to see different looks. It was a blank, realistic face and had lines at the bottom to label products used. I asked her where i could get one but she didnt know because the company provided that to her. Ive been looking everywhere online for somethin similar but cant find it. Do you know any good ones and where can i get them? I really want one soo i can play around with it and start a makeup portfolio. thank you and God bless<3.! Interesting. I am wondering if you need to think outside the box. I wonder if you could find a sketch artist book like police departments use to help regular people help sketch artist. So maybe you need a general book, something with eyes, noses, and facial features like a police sketch artist might use......and then adapt it to your make up agenda. I wonder if contacted macy's if they would tell you who supplies the books for them.....or maybe they would eventually give you a job and training to do that. At the bottom of most cash register receipts they have toll free numbers you can call. It might be that a company makes their exclusively for them, but maybe you could contact that company. Maybe instead of a "make up" sketch pad you should try face sketch pads or something else for a key word.
