There is no "All Programs" option in my Windows 7 Start Menu?

hope someone finds this question and has an answer. I just noticed that the "all programs" sub-menu has disappeared from my start menu! does anyone have an answer for this? I've never heard of it before picture http://www4.picturepush.com/photo/a/8209482/img/8209482.jpg

Answer:
Your computer is probably infected with a background java script. Things get turned off in taskbar / properties and then also deleted from the start menu. Get it scanned at a reputable shop. If you are not careful the smtmp folder that holds the good copy of start menu can get deleted and you will loose all those shortcuts.
