Do I have heat exhaustion or heat stroke?
-
Yesterday I played 18 holes of golf and it was very hot outside, I was really tired afterward, more than normal. Today I feel terrible, I am very hot, but with no fever, have fatigue, shortness of breath, rapid heart beat, and upper respiratory issues(stuffy nose, coughing, ect.) do I have heat exhaustion or heat stroke?

Answer:
No - you don't have symptoms of heat stroke. You do have symptoms of dehydration/electrolyte imbalance and something else going on with the respiratory system.
