How can I concentrate on what I have to do right now?

How to stop procrastinating/concentrate for longer?!?!?

  • Like right now I'm meant to be revising for A Levels and I just cannot concentrate no matter what. Even without my phone or computer in the room I just sit thinking about other things and barely get anything done. I'm normally a last minute person and work well under pressure but I have to do well and I need to do loads of work. Does anyone have any tips on how to stop procrastinating/ concentrate for longer? THANK YOU :)

  • Answer:

Do you have a study plan. It should consist of 15min break for every hour you spend studying... Drinking water, changing your diet also helps... Eat watery fruit like grapes, melon, papaya or even bananas... Changing your diet can change your mindset too. oh, and go and have some exercise, outside, before you sit down to study... Good luck...

LOL SAME. I should be in class right now but I'm not. You probably have ADHD. I do, and I have to take medicine for it. It helps me concentrate, stay awake, not zone out, and actually do my work. With me though, my ADHD is really bad. I have to take two 52 milligram pills of this stuff called Concerta, but it's not really working anymore. I think I have gotten immune to it. Go to your doctor and ask him about ADHD and what you can do about it. Because I'm almost positive that's what you have.
