What Should I do? lose weight then tone up or lose weight and tone up at the same time?

  • I'm 5'5 182lbs ,female. i want to lose bout 60 lbs im 32lbs overweight should i lose weight then starts toning up or lose weight and tone up at the same time? I want to know if i work out with weights will i get muscles over my fat? sounds really weird. plz & thank you
