Does Doing Cardio Exercise help increase your blood pressure ? I know doing cardio exercises can increase your heart rate. So when your heart rate increase, does the blood pressure increase ? My blood pressure is a little low and I feel slightly weak and dizzy.

it increases but normal only for patient with normal one . but for people with hypertension it will increase higher than normal leading to a final diagnosis of hypertension .

cardio exercise will temporarily increase your BP during your workout. it sounds to me that youre dehydrated so drink plenty of water to replace your blood volume which will also increase your BP
