How can I apply to California Board of nursing?

What is the newest PRC format for Filipino newly graduates who wishes to take NCLEX in California immediately?

I am Filipino newly graduate nursing student (Batch 2012). The Board of Nursing changed its PRC Case form for all the students, unfortunately, those who wishes to take the NCLEX right away has a different format. I am staying here in California and wishes to take the exam here, not in other state, and wishes to work here as well. Please help me.

You will likely not be accepted to write the NCLEX in California.They have been getting more strict with their requirements for foreign trained nurses.
