How do you report someone on facebook?

How do I report someone for abusing the facebook reporting system?

• Hey Folks, I and a few friends have been frequent users of facebook groups (and pages) involving religion and non-religion for the last few years, for the purpose of growing our knowledge of both sides of the coin by discussing it with people on both sides. It has proved rewarding for myself, in both the knowledge gained and the friends ive met along the way. But a more recent issue that has come up, is a person on the Christian side with an atheistic bias, abusing the facebook reporting system (used to report violators of the ToS, Terms of Service). Some posts do break rules, but a more recent phenomena is the mass reporting of EVERYTHING said by certain users (those whom do not see eye to eye with said Christian). This doesn't just include atheists, it also includes christians trying to operate an open forum for discussion between both sides (another group said person is trying to crash VIA mass reporting, but has so far failed. Rightfully). The persons method is themselves going to these places and reporting, and ALSO sending untold numbers of people they know to report posts (the more reports genrated, the better the chance of `getting there way`). The result at minimal, is facebook `flagging` your account because of the offending post (when you log in your shown the post, and given the option to decide wether or not to remove it). At worst, you can be locked out for days at a time, even permanently in some cases. Needless to say, this has proven to be a VERY big nuisance to many just wanting to chat and debate, driving them away. And for those of us whom refuse to be shut up, it has resulted in measures as extreme as 2ed accounts just to ensure the stability of the real ones. I and others have searched all over the place for ways to bring this to facebooks attention, to no avail thus far. Which is what brings me here. Is there anything we can do? Anyone we ca contact? This has gone on long enough.
