Is there a way to delete all your favorite videos on youtube?

• If you have seen my previous question, you know a little bit about the situation. However, I have another question: My ex girlfriend put up a video featuring me that I do not want on youtube. I have no contact with her and do not want to contact her. (Also, these videos are for segments that she is supposedly making money off of) I deleted one of them but she has re-posted it on youtube. Is there any way legally to delete these videos and make sure they cannot be re-posted? This sounds silly, I know, but unfortunately she was a very bad influence on my life and I don't want my name featured in association with hers. For example, it says my full name in the information of the video---she will not delete it. How can I either remove the name or remove the videos entirely and make sure they are not re-posted? I understand her rights but I just want to see if there is a way.

  Ask her to take themdown if she won't tell the police because it's considered unauthorized and she could get fined.
