How to make "stink bait"?

I have some fat, skin, and tendons/ligaments leftover from some goat meat. How do I make a stink-bait with it for catfishing? It gives off a pungent odor already but I'm guessing I just leave it in a jar for a couple of days...?

Let it get rancid,and leave it out for a long time,maybe a week,until you can smell it from a distance,and want to vomit if you get too close to it,wear a mask when you approach it to keep from yakking up lunch.Mix in some blood,stir it up,and keep cheesecloth over it to keep the flies out.if you can't catch anything with it,you could repel the terrorists with it.you can mix in some canned sadines packed in oil,not water to make it more stinky and attractive to the cats.throw in some chicken livers too,that will get 'em.Once it develops that awful stench,you can pack it in small containers and freeze it.

Paul hits pretty much everything. You want it to be as foul and awful as humanly possible. Let it rot, essentially, and add the sardines, let them rot too. The livers are foul already, fresh, so if you let them rot with everything else, you're sure to have some serious **** there. If the final product doesnt catch you cats, there are not any cats where youre fishing. Kind of makes you think twice about eating the catfish when you learn how much they love to eat foul things like that, doesnt it?
