How can I get a job like Samantha Brown's?

Does anyone think the browns are emulating themselves like the eagles and will finally be done rebuilding?

• If you notice when the browns hired pat shurmur who came from the eagles. He was the quarterbacks coach for the eagles and then he hired brad childress who was the offensive coordinator for the eagles. Shurmur also brought in certain players from the eagles like Jacqua Parker and Sheldon brown. The browns will now have an adrian peterson type of running back with the addition of trent richardson and possibly a great rookie quarterback after they brought in brandon weeden, if he doesnt do well they should start seneca wallace and a better offensive line with the draft pick editions and the defense will be boosted up a little bit while the pass defense is ranked 2nd, the run defense really needs to be fixed up and i think this will be the year because the browns drafted more on defense. Now the receiving corps is the biggest weak spot for the browns right now because other than josh cribbs, there is nobody else that can get the job done. The browns will be lucky if travis benjamin does well this season because he's supposed to be a speedy type of receiver like victor cruz.

  I think they're still in the process of rebuilding. Yes, their pass D is locked down, and their run game might be as well, but their passing game is still a question mark. Seneca Wallace and Weeden aren't proven enough QBs to say that they'll be able to lead the team. Also, their WRs aren't spectacular, so that won't exactly help them However, they have the offensive line now to continue working on their offense, and by next year, their offense might be decent (that is depending on how Weeden turns out) Lastly, their run D still won't be great this year, which is a huge weakness. The Browns play in a tough division as well, so doing well isn't easy.
