Why doesn't ClickOnce in Visual Studio deploy content files from dependent assemblies?

A Good Video Editing Software that supports .TS Files?

• I have Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD Pro.11. But doesnt support the .TS video files i wish to edit. I'am wanting to edit this for i upload videos on Youtube and wish to edit gameplay and add commentary. But i cannot combine the commentary with the video correctly unless i have the right editing source in this case. I dont. I get the .TS files from my AverMedia HD Dvr Capture card that i use to capture gameplay and what not. So i would like to know a Video editing Software that will support .TS Files without having to Convert them for that takes way to much of my time.
