What to wear first day of internship?

The first day of my internship is tomorrow and I don't know what to wear. Apparently it's pretty casual dress for the interns (even jeans and a cute shirt are acceptable if we aren't working any events). The only problem is that it's HOT out where I live. What can I wear that will keep me cool and still look nice (but also look my age since I'm a college intern.) Please help!!

Nice shirt and black slacks. And black flats. Thats what people usually wear on the first day of internships you will adapt after that but not a really fancy shirt. Try a white button up or a nice warm soild color nothing too distracting. You want to blend in. Hope this helps!
