Whats a good nightly ab workout i can do?

  • I am 15 and very athletic I work out everyday but I don't have any muscle strength in my stomach whats a good nightly ab workout I can do?

    5 sit ups 10sec planking 10 sit ups 20sec planking 15 sit ups 30sec planking 20 sit ups Repeat that until you get to 1 minute of planking, it helped me!! :)
