Is this a good objective statement on my resume?

"Objective: To obtain a position within your company and utilize my communication and people skills to achieve customer satisfaction and be a reliable and valuable employee." It's for McDonald's so I'm not overly-worried, lol. Are there any revisions you would make?

Answer:
Always personalize. By that I mean, never say "your company", say "McDonald's" or whatever. What are they looking for? Team players. So say, "I'm a team player." They're looking for people who can be friendly with their customers. So say, "I like people" or "am always friendly and courteous with people" or whatever. BSers always win, tell them what they want to hear (but don't overdo it lol)
