Which type of files are .vmg?

Is there any type of free software that would allow me to convert mp3 kbps in large number of files at once?

• I need software (preferably freeware) that would allow me to convert mp3 files from a large size like 320kbps to 128kbs, but I need to do it with a bunch of files at once. I'm currently using Goldwave (which wasn't free) and it's great for this purpose but as far as I know I can only save the files one at a time. I just want a program to allow me to click on a bunch of files at once, click convert, and be done. Is there such a program as this? Thank you.

  Well..I know you can convert a large amount of mp3 files from a high bitrade to a lower one at the same time with Audials One. You just drag and drop the files into the player, choose the output format and then click start. It's not a freeware though, but they do offer some solutions, for example you can try out Tunebite, it doesn't have all the features of Audials One but it;s pretty great and you can always give the demo a try. It works with other formats as well not only with converting mp3, I think all the major or popular file formats are supported (mp3, mp4, wav, flac, 3gp, wmv, avi, ogg, m4a etc.).
