Where can i purchase fresh blueberries in KL?

    You can easily find them in Cold Storage everywhere, Isetan supermarket in KLCC and B.I.G. in Publika. They can be seasonal though very often available.

Hi there, Imported Blueberries are seasonal fruits that are only available occasionally in KL. You can try and visit Selayang wholesale fruits market. If it is in season, you will not have problem getting it here.Is a big place where all the fruits seller purchase their fruits. There are all kinds of imported fruits here. Google for the map, type, Pasar Borong Selayang which is opposite of Warta Lama Supermarket. Beside supermarkets, you can try some high end wet market nearest to you, some stores carries them on and off. Is not a cheap fruits that is why smaller fruits seller are not taking the risk to sell them.There is also another distributor you can try by contacting them. NO such thing! Fresh is impossible because of the soil and the weather here. Although we do have strawberries but you couldn't taste the sweetness from any of them...(I believe there is one farm in Cameron Highlands who succeeded in having some sweetness but they don't transport their strawberries to lower ground) However... There are imported fruits from time to time. When blueberries are in season, just go to the markets around (Tesco or Cold Storage).

Fresh blueberries ? These "wild fruits" from temperate lands are very sour, and not very popular and costly to import into Malaysia. You won't be able to find them on sale "commercially". Anyway try the "health food" stores.....

Try all the supermarket with many ex-pirate visit, you may find the blueberry. Or else plant it a few at your house. The plant is not tall and big. You can plant and make it like a fence. About 2 and half feet height.

Why not not try pinky buah cherry for a change. They are always fresh and easily available.
