What foods are healthy for you?

What are some healthy foods that wont expand my stomach?

  • i try to eat healthy, eat fruits and vegetables and lettuce salads, and other healthy stuff like oatmeal and things. i also make sure to eat enough calories though. the problem is these healthy foods are low calorie so i have to eat alot of it and it expands my stomach and i look bloated every time i eat! what are ways to not expand my stomach, or some ways to eat healthy but higher calorie foods?

    If all you're doing is eating healthy and not exercising, don't worry too much about getting enough calories because without exercise you don't need alot of calories, just get more than 1000-1200 a day and you should be fine. When you feel full, stop eating. Try not to eat many things with sodium, that can cause bloat. But some people just look bloated after they eat no matter what. Don't worry about it if that's the case. Suck in your tummy a little if you're self concious :)
