How to block a number from calling me on my iPhone?

There is some lady who is either too old to remember she has the wrong number or messed up on pills but she won't stop calling me no matter how many times I say she has the wrong number. She's called me about 15 times in the past three weeks and even when I had to be a b*tch about it she still keeps calling. How do I block her number, can I do it from my phone or will I have to call AT&T?
