Me and my friends play Madden 12 online franchise a lot and we draft but lately its been boring.. how can we spice of the draft we do? Any ideas how to make it fun?

If you are drafting complete teams, try picking players for each other's teams. My friends and I did this in NHL and looked for the worst players to put on our opponant's teams. It was pretty fun, but maybe not quite what you are looking for.
