What can I expect at a group interview?

What can i expect from my tesco 'group interview'?

• have my tesco group interview in a couple of days, what should i wear, and what should i expect?

  always dress smart! shirt trousers and shoes will do the trick you will be put into smaller groups and given some tasks to do, everywhere is different so cant really give you much info, things like look at it, discuss it, whats good and bad about it, sell us it. they will be watching your every move so talk as much as a you can but be a team player, they are just wanting to see how you work in a team. then its a one on one interview with the people that pass the group they will ask a variation of these questions tell me about yourself / what do you know about tesco / whats good customer service / describe a time when you worked in a team / the last time you were disappointed and how did you overcome it / last time someone put trust in you / what motivates you then make sure you ask at least 3 questions that is relevant to the job!!!
