How can I get a sun tan?..?

Hi! I am rather pale and I only burn and always have to wear sun cream. How can I get a bit of a tan - I am not saying a really brown tan just a little one so I am not as pale as I am. Suggestions?

Get a tanning membership, start small with like 5 minutes, if you get pink, don't go back until it goes away. Keep SLOWLY moving the time up and eventually you'll get some color.

wearing sunscreen doesn't prevent you from tanning it just prevents you from getting sun burn you can use tanning oil which accelerates the tanning process, by promoting the production of melanin or by increasing blood flow to the skin, thereby increasing the amount of melanin that is brought to the top layers of the skin and you should avoid the sun's peak hours ( 10 am to 2pm )
