Which Paintball marker is better for first gun?

Should I get a Kingman Spyder .50 caliber stormer marker or Kingman Spyder MR100 Pro Paintball Gun?

  • I can't decide, it will be my first paintball gun. I like the gip on the MR100 but whichever one is better I would prefer over the grip. Which is the best? They are the same price. Also can the Kingman Spyder .50 cal. Stormer Marker have a grip besides the magazine attatched to it? If so, would you give me a link to the brand? The best one doesn't matter. I just want one that won't be destroyed and below 20$.

  • Answer:

I would advise against getting a Kingman marker. Go look at the Azodin line of guns. They're very similar, but are much better made. They have a lighter striker so as to have a ligher kick and a smoother shot. It also uses autococker threaded barrels, which is the thread for barrels that most guns use, as opposed to the kingmans with their Spyder threads. If you want to get a better gun, then you can just screw in the same barrel you bought for your Azodin, rather than buying a new barrel as well. More people that know about paintball a lot would recommend the azodin line of guns.

Don't get the .50 cal. It only shoots .50 cal paintballs, not the standard .68 cal most guns (like the MR100) uses. You'll have issues finding .50 cal paintballs. So that should make your choice easy.
