How do I find the item number on a ebay item?

Help! How do you contact eBay when a buyer hasn't paid for an item?

• Well I was selling a camera, and someone was the highest bidder so they won it of course. But it ended on 4/29/12! and they still haven't paid for it yet. I sent them an invoice and I opened a case and still nothing. I tried looking under contact eBay all it says is contact the buyer and open a case, but I've already done that. There was other bidders and I know I could do a second chance offer, but still people have told me to contact eBay because its been a week since my item ended and never got paid for. Is there any way I could call eBay and talk to someone directly, I've called them before so I know you can but I couldn't find any number for what the problem is. I really want to get this resolved because that's not right waiting a week and still no payment. Thanks for everyone's help, very much appreciated! :) and if anyone is wondering I still have the camera I never shipped it of course because of no payment.

  Well by now if he hasn't paid you can close the case as "buyer still didn't pay" and that way you can get your final value fee back and that buyer gets an "unpaid strike". You can offer a "second chance" offer but most people decline these because if it wasn't for the other bidder (the one who didn't pay) the price wouldn't have gone up that high in the first place. So you might have to re list the item to sell it. Put in the listing details that it's being re offered because the last auction the buyer didn't pay. That way people don't wonder why you seem to be selling the exact same thing you just sold !
