The thing is, im a weight lifter, and im mostly focused on strength training, My weight is 225, and my height is 6'6 Im already healed My doctor said I could play in sports, like football, And my goal is to be a lineman, But I cant do squatsl, leg press, or lunges, I have chicken legs, And my legs aren't very strong For the moment im not able to go to a gym My goal is to be able to be a offensive lineman in football for junior college (community college) If anybody knows what strength training excercises i could do to make my legs ALOT stronger It would mean the world to me. Right now at home i have a leg extension machine, and leg curl machine. Is that enough??

Answer:
Based on your height and weight, I believe that you will make a very good fit on the offensive line. You have the ideal size for a high school offensive lineman. My best advice for you this (and every) offseason is to eat healthy, and exercise by jogging or going for a long run every day. If you do these things, you will get faster, stronger legs, and into better shape, which will greatly improve your chances of becoming a successful, top notch offensive lineman in high school football, who could go on to play college football. By the way, your chances of playing college football depend on your performance in football during your senior year of high school. If you perform very well in football during your senior year of high school, you will greatly improve your chances of getting recruited to play for a junior college football program.

Sorry but the ugly truth is: A lineman has to be pretty much in a squat position before and during every single play. If you cant hold that position due to a medical condition, sadly you probably wont be able to play.

i don't think it's a good idea to play a position that relies on squating, lunging, or otherwise using your legs to press weight if you're not allowed to perform exercises that simulate these actions.
