How do you write an essay based on a quote?

I have to write a four paragraph essay on a quote "An investment in knowledge pays the best interest" i already have my info and everything together to write the essay but im having some trouble on how to write it, like i know introduction comes first and conclusion comes last but what the two middle paragraphs should be based on... Please help
