People take photos of me and I don't know how to react.?

So, I work at the retail store, Forever 21. I am a male and I'm a cashier. I dress pretty stylish, and get told I look like I would be on tv because my look is "unique". At least 10 times so far, I have caught different customers taking pictures of me, over about 5 months. I get EXTREMELY angry when I see it happening, just because I don't know how to take it. A couple of times I could tell it was immature little girls about in their early teens, so I don't think it's taken for compliment. Girls I work with say it's nothing to be mad about, but they don't have to deal with it. I don't know where these photos are going to end up, and I don't know why they're taking them. So it seems disrespectful. Two days ago I caught a guy and his friend taking photos of me while they were in line to purchase their items and I told them they can't take pictures in the store. The guy wants to get defensive and say he can take pictures of whatever he wants. Idk. Maybe I shouldn't let it get to me, but I don't like it. Any thoughts or opinions? I also think it has to do with my hair color, I have red hair. and when it was bleached blonde, I didn't get photos, but as soon as I cut it back to red, the photos started up again. lmao. I may just be picking. Idk.

Answer:
You can't really do anything. They are on private property which means the store could take them to court.. but they aren't going to. You absolutely cannot force them to delete the photo though, they could sue you for that.

Tell them to mind your own business and to STOP taking photos because I'm sure that's illegal. Otherwise, change your look. I really can't help you. Best Wishes <3

I would tell your store manager. Perhaps he can put up a sign saying no photography allowed. These customers are technically harassing you so once you go to your management they need to take the neccesary acts to stop it. Harassment isn't just between the employer and employees or coworkers. It can also happen between customers and employees.
