well i can tell you about a games programmer he was doing it all day everyday for 2 weeks with 7 hour breaks close to the last day he said it was 3 in the morning he was standing there with a power drill in one hand and a plank of wood in the other he thought it'd be a good idea to put shelves up he remembered thinking what the fck am i doing he started programming at the age of 9 (yeah) and he does enjoy it lol
