Websites to put videos together, edit, then put on youtube?

So I got an HD video camera for my birthday. I took a bunch of videos and i want to put them all together, add music to it, and post it on YouTube. Also i want to speed up and slow motion some clips. One True Media isn't working for some reason..and i cant download anything so Windows Movie Maker isn't an option. And it has to be free.. PLEASEEEEEEEEE answer!! I've been promising my friend this video for a few weeks now..

Put this in internet, not programming. People browsing the programming forums have more interest in answering why your IDE keeps telling you how 'double' is a 'type' but is used like a 'variable', than "good websites for [random verb]]", however, If you're looking for video editing software consider something available for download and installation rather than a website.
