Whats a good way to lose weight FAST?

    I would suggest going on a 1200 calorie a day diet and daily exercise eg. Jogging, running, brisk walking for about an hour few times a week (not everyday because you will tire easily and not likely to stick to regime) Also eat less carbs, cut out all foods high in saturated fat, salts and sugar, drink lots of water and eat foods that are high in protein and plenty of fruit and veg (will make you feel fuller for longer). Instead of eating 3 large meals a day, eat 5-6 small meals to fill you up about 80% (not fully) its better for your metabolism. All the best.

One thing it is not a quick fix and you will regain more weight back than before:(( watch your carbs and but one foot in front of the other,which is how I lost 40 pounds in 3months. Drink lots of water and eat spinich out of a can fresh frozen any way yo want keep busy. GOOD LUCK AND DANCE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN!!! YOU WILL DROP THE EXTRA BEFORE YOU RELIZEYOU GO GIRL!!:))))
