How to get in shape for 14u youth football?

    I play football so i know theres a lot of football excursuses you can do. If you want to get in shape and be a running back do something that helps you loose weight and gets you faster/stronger. If you live somewhere where there are stairs try running them (run up and walk down as many times as you can). You should also do a lot of jogging and sprints, this will help you lose weight and get faster while also increasing your stamina. Other than that just do the basic workouts to get into better shape for a running back, do squats, push-ups, etc.

My best advice for you this offseason is to eat healthy, exercise by doing weight lifting, and either jogging or going for a long run every day. If you do these things, you will get faster, stronger, and into better shape, which will greatly improve your chances of being a successful, top notch running back in your 14u youth football league this upcoming season.

If you want to be a running back then what you should do this(and every) offseason is eat your fruits and vegetables, drink a lot of water, and work out. I don't think you would make a good running back.I think you would make a better defensive lineman or offensive lineman. But, if you want to be a running back, do these things, and you have a shot at doing it.
