How to use Pirate Bay?

I'm trying to download all the pink floyd albums but can't find them on 4shared. so i'm thinking pirate bay might have them, but whenever I try to download anything from pirate bay, it tries to make me download some random computer installation thing before i can get my files, which never completely installs. I have 7zip; don't know what other downloads i need. any ideas on how i can get my zip and rar files from pirate bay? thanks!

Answer:
first, download torrent downloader ex. Bittorrent, uTorrent etc. then go to www.piratebay.org and search for files and click get this torrent.
