What should I talk to my French pen pal about?

I'm depressed... I really need someone to talk to... like a pen pal maybe?

• I've rewritten this description several times and I can't seem to get the words I want out. honestly I just want to befriend someone who knows and won't make me feel worse about myself and we could perhaps talk to one another when it's convenient. I mean I'm a really weird person and I try to keep things light hearted and I feel I can get through this if I just had someone who knew and didn't make me feel like a horrible person simply because I'm depressed(it doesn't help XD) I try my best to hide my depression but on the days that I can't I'd really like to know that someone is their for me who I can talk to without having to put on a mask on. I really don't know how to do this but if you'd like to know more about me to see if we'd be compatible pin pals then let me know what you'd like to know not asking for pity just a friend (sorry does that sound sappy? ugh I don't know how to do this XD don't even know what to put this under)
