Yes your outfit of the white tank top, navy blue cardigan and the dark washed jeggings is good. As for shoes you don't want to look like you're desperate, i would wear converse or vans if you have some? Interview is really laid back. You show up 5 minutes early and sit on the couches in from of the registers, try to talk to the other people, it looks like you're very social. Next the manager will take you out of the store and have you introduce yourself. You'll your name, where you go to school (usually) and just something special about yourself, stuff like that. Next comes signing some sheet and then you'll start the questions. One question you'll be bound to answer is something to do with diversity: it usually goes something like this: What is diversity and why is it important in the work place? Be unique with the answer and try to think about it before coming into the interview. If you're applying for model: you'll be asked questions about your personality, the brand and how you would be an asset to the brand and company. If you're applying for impact: you'll be asked questions about when you have worked alone, in a group, or in a time crunch. The managers are usually in college or just out of college, so they are pretty rateable. Just don't try to act like you're smarter than them or you're very desperate for the job, and you'll most likely get a position. good luck :]

What you have sounds fine. Also, wear your leather flip-flops from A&F. When I did my interview, I wore a white detailed top, a navy blue cardigan, dark washed skinny jeans and leather flip flops. For nail polish, you can't have any on your fingers except for clear, and your toes, clear, french tip, pink, or red are the only ones acceptable. For the interview, make sure you're confident and answer the questions without hesitation. Don't look or act nervous. Be bubbly and outgoing, smile a lot, and just be friendly. It's a really laid back interview and the managers are super chill. Relax and don't worry. You'll be fine. Good luck!(:
