Any cool ideas for fundraising?

• I need some new cool fundraising ideas that this generation of students in high will like. I thought of hiring caricature artists so the students can get together with there friends or there bfs/gfs and get there picture drawn during lunch or games or something. I just need some more new ideas not those original over done fundraising ideas like car washes and bake sales.

  Aliza, Have had a few successful fundraiser that were fun and a bit different. One idea is to hold an auction for donated items and services. One particular time, I had a guy who was a professional window washer. He donated a free washing of someone's windows. In the auction it sold for about $500 bucks! Homemade pies in the same auction sold for $50 bucks. Another possibility is other local entertainers. Magicians, balloon sculptures, etc. You'd be surprised at home many of them are willing to donate their services. You can either auction off their services or sell tickets to their show. If you find a really good balloon artist, you can sell the sculptures at auction. I like your caricature idea. You also might consider finding a professional photographer who can put your face on someone else's body or on the cover of a faux copy of Time Magazine or something like that.
