Where to download gta 4 patch?

Grand Chase Philippines Patch Download Unavailable??!!?

I haven't played grand chase in a while so I tried playing it but when I click the icon to patch it "Patch Download Unavailable" always appear. They say I should keep restarting the computer (I tried), they say I should re-install Grand Chase (I also tried), they say I should download the manual patch and extract it to replace the .exe (Nothing happens), They also say I should report them with a ticket (Done it about many times now). Please help me, I really want to play again. Please help a fellow Grand Chaser. :(
