How to update blackberry curve 8520 to os 5 from version 4.6.1.314?

i have os 4.6.1.314 and i'm trying to update to version 5. i've already downloaded two version 5 bundles but whenever i try to install from desktop manager, it says: "This BlackBerry® Device Software upgrade includes new features and significant enhancements to the BlackBerry® solution and, as such, is only available to users with an active BlackBerry subscription. To learn more about BlackBerry® service, please visit www.blackberry.com/service." how should i deal with this? (i am from the philippines)

You cannot update your device software unless you have BlackBerry Internet Service (data). Call your provider to add data to your wireless plan.
