What's wrong with my skin?

• Ever since Winter had just ended, I've been dealing with dry skin. Not anything ordinary in particular, but my skin has been getting very, very itchy. I'd be lying if I said I'm a hygiene freak and always wanting to be clean constantly. I take showers a lot anyway, and I get the job done. But I don't know what the problem is now with my skin, the wrist area, being all dry and very, very annoyingly irritating. It's my right hand and the wrist and the middle fingers knuckle bone and the top part of my hand also being covered with dry skin, too. My left hand is also starting to be covered by this dry skin crisis I'm going through. It's frustrating me, and I've already tried lotions that my sister has. The lotion is typically the Vitamin E loaded skin lotion with shea butter and coconut oils and all that bunky-banker bull-mister stuff. What's the problem? How do I get rid of the dry skin that seems oddly prolonged now?
