Ballet dancers what kind of toe pad do you wear?

  • I am first year pointe this year. I wear ouch pouches and lambs wool. I have wide and big feet. What kind do you where?

I just tape my toes if they are hurting that day, and put my tights over my toes. The key is having pointe shoes that fit perfectly, because blisters are caused by the shoe rubbing against your feet. So if the shoe fits perfectly, it doesn't move, and there for doesn't create blisters :)
