What are my chances of getting into a good cinematic art college?

well i am a freshman with an average of 2.83 GPA, but i'm going to work a lot harder and abandon my video games next year. If i aim for a 4.0 GPA for whole year next year and 4 AP classes with A's in all of them in Junior year+2000-2100 SAT score, will i be able to get into Art Center Graphic Design or USC? Or i could get into art center and transfer to USC later? btw which is better cinematic art college, USC or Art Center?
