What Song Should I Sing For My Show Choir Audition?

My audition is on the 22nd of may and i am having trouble finding what song to sing. i sang if i die young last year, but i dont want to sing it again. i am alto and cant sing high parts well. i was thinking about part of me by katy perry or 1000 years by christina perry or jar of hearts, also by christina perry. HELP!

Don't choose songs written by Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, or any singer that sings excitedly. It is a choir and exciting pop songs will get you nowhere. If you are an alto, I recommend Adele songs or even Beautiful by: Christina Aguilera. If you're an exciting sort of type, choose Adele's Rumor Has It or He Won't Go. Good luck!
