• When you connect your face book to your youtube channel do your youtube videos automaticly show up on your facebook? Pretty much I want to connect my youtube channel to my facebook so I can chat with people that watch my videos. BUT! I have family members on my facebook and I don't want them to know what my youtube channel is because I don't want them looking at the videos. Pretty much is there a way that you can connect facebook to your channel without all of your friends on facebook knowing you have a channel. Pretty much only youtube viewers know I would have a channel. Dont know if you get what im saying

  You want Youtube to display your Facebook account without it displaying on your facebook account that you have a youtube page, yes? Alright. Let's do this! 1) On the YouTube homepage, click on your username in the upper-right hand corner. 2) From the drop down, click settings. 3) On the sidebar which is on the left side of the settings page, click on the "sharing" option. 4) Click "Connect" on the side of the facebook icon. 5) After filling out the pop-up window, underneath where you clicked "connect" is a check-list. Uncheck the boxes which are on the right hand column. 6) Save! This, however, does absolutely nothing and is redundant. In connecting your facebook page to youtube, viewers of your channel are not told what your facebook account is, nor do they have the ability to chat with you through facebook. The best way to really get people to message you is to simply put your facebook account URL in your description, though I would highly advise against this.
