Lower back left LEG pain?

Lower left side back hurts pain shoots down through left leg?

• I was putting my daughter in her car seat and I have an suv so as I was standing kind of twisting my body picking her up and putting her in her car seat I suddenly felt like a snap or real bad pinch type of feeling on the left side of my lower back then immediate pain came afterwards...I can barely walk or stand even laying and sitting can be difficult I'm still in pain that feels like a sharp pain or pinching pain that even shoots down my left leg to what could have happened??

  Could be sciatic nerve pain. that is very normal during pregnancy, especially the farther along you get. baby pinches off a nerve, and it causes pain, tingling and numbing. with both of my sister's pregnancies she had it. her left leg would always go numb, and burn and tingle, and the pain would shoot up through her leg, through her hips, up her back. felt like she was being electro shocked. very painful. and it was the worst when standing on it and walking. you should talk to your doctor about it just to be safe. but that could be all that is going on. it sucks i know. but hers all went away after she had her babies. good luck.
