Transfer from European high school to the U.S. high school?

Once you are put in an alternitive school, are you still able to transfer to a regular high school.?

• I was just curious because there is this one girl that I went to middle school with that I cant stand, and now were in High school and we both go to different high schools. But a few months ago she was sent to a alternative school I guess for not doing her homework and getting in trouble. But I heard from someone that she said she was thinking about going to the high school Im in right now once sophmore year starts, and Im really not happy about that, cause I dont like her. But I thought kids who go to alternative schools werent allowed to go to a regular high school. Especially the high school Im in cause its an upity rich school and the best school in the district , so do you think shell get in?

  Yes you can. As long as your grades are up, and your behavior has been good, yes. But since it's a rich(like uniform?) school where they're big on behavior and grades, probably not. Because going to an alternative school will always be on your record, and it isn't a particularly impressive thing to have on there..
