How to write a conclusion to a report?

• Hey, I've written my report on customer service of Coles Supermarkets and I can't write the conclusion! My teacher said that it should be about what you thought about the whole thing, like what you learnt about writing this report! But my whole report isn't 1st person... I'm really not sure. This is what i've got so far:- This report has shown that customer service plays an important role in the workings of a business. It has examined the problems which occur with the quality of customer service at Coles Supermarkets. Recommendations have been suggested to improve these problems to ensure that customers are satisfied with their experience at Coles Supermarkets. How do I make it personal??
