How to find my Windows Live ID? (XboX Live related?

Sold my xbox w/out transferring xbox live account. Don't remember windows live id. How can i retrieve account?

I recently sold my xbox. With it, went my xbox live profile as of 3 years. I tried downloading this profile on a new xbox but it requires that I know my windows live id. The email account I used for my windows live id, however, completely eludes me as I didn't check it a single time in 3 years besides when I made it specifically for creating an xbox live account. I've had so many live.com, yahoo.com, gmail.com, etc etc email accounts that remembering this specific one is all but hopeless. I remember my xbox live profile name however. Is there a way I can recover my xbox live account with this limited information?
