How can i get ripped?But without using the gym?

  • i have 2 twenty pound dumbbells, one 5 pound dumb bell, pull up bar, sit up machine, jump rope and a punching bag w/ stand. I would like to get as big as i can before august so please help. what exercises should i do? how many reps? should i take protein shakes? thanks.

    Do both chin ups and pull ups Do one armed push ups or work your way to those. Do this on the bed first going down with one arm and up with both till you can do one armed completely. Than when you get good take it to the floor. The bed makes it easier to do these not because it's soft to fall on but because when your hands and feet sink in more or less during certain points of the motion it just helps you out, it's like training wheels for one arm push ups. Do lateral raises with dumbells. Will be difficult jumping with light 5's to 20's though with no between weight to bridge with. The 20's will become chump weight on the biceps before you ever get ripped. I'd suggest when this happens you do those curls right after you completely tire out on the pull ups and chin ups
